If an item is reduced by 50% or more, we do not accept refunds. We will happily issue a credit note or exchange if a size is still available.

We value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and if you are not happy, we accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Conditions for exchanges & returns:

• All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Your return will be refunded in full once we have visibly inspected the item.
• We only offer free returns if you wish to exchange an item for a different size.
• We cannot offer an exchange or return if clothes, shoes, or accessories have been worn or used, items that have the original labels removed, or items returned outside the 14 day return period.
  
• We do not offer free returns. The cost of returns is the customer's responsibility. The average price to send returns in the UK or Ireland is £3.
