When will my parcel be dispatched?
If you place your order before 3PM, we will have your goods ready for dispatch the same-day! All orders placed after 3PM will fall on the following working day.
Do you offer tracking services?
Whenever you have completed your order, you will receive an email with your invoice. Within that invoice, you will find your tracking number. You can use it to keep an eye on where your package is.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All UK orders take 2 to 3 working days, but during busy times (like Christmas) delivery services may take longer. There is the option of standard delivery, next-day delivery or collection in-store.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
The safe delivery of your parcel is of upmost importance to us. A signature will be required upon receipt. If there is no one to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left to rearrange delivery.
Who will deliver my parcel?
Logans Fashions only uses the safest and most secure postage methods. All our items are insured against damage caused in transit.
How will my delivery be packaged?
Your goods will be delivered in their original, designer packaging with tags. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please ensure it is returned in the original packaging and posted to our address within 7 days of receipt.
Can I change my shipping address once my order has been dispatched?
No, you cannot change your address after it has been dispatched. We’re sorry as we cannot redirect any orders once they’ve left our store.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, we offer delivery to the UK, Ireland & Mainland Europe. We are working very hard to offer international shipping!
You will be entitled to a refund provided you return the item within 7 days of receipt.
Please fill out the returns form. Indicate which items are being returned. Remember to include the original invoice with your return. This will help us process your refund within the guideline of 1-4 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
For exchanges, it is best to contact us at your earliest convenience so that we may hold the requested item. You will need to complete the returns form and list the item you would like in its place.

Logans Fashions cannot accept the following returns:
o Any item returned outside the 7 day return policy
o Clothes, shoes and accessories that have been worn or used
o Items damaged in transit
o Items where the tag or branded packaging has been removed
o Socks, underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Postage & Address
Logans Fashions is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. It is always best to purchase postage insurance, especially for returns of £50 and more. We recommend keeping a record of postage with tracking services, if possible.
The cost of all return is the customer’s responsibility.

If the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our customer service team. You will need to complete a returns form listing the item and fault. Remember to include this form and the original invoice in your return.
Please note: We will only accept faulty returns if the item was received damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Damage resulting from wear and tear is not considered a fault.
